Torre Mozza Brewery, located in Rovigo at Via Vincenzo Chiarugi 76, is a young yet well-established craft reality, born in 2019 thanks to the dedication of Daniele Menin. The brewery's name originates from Rovigo’s history, specifically from the Grimani Tower, one of the two surviving medieval towers in the city. Known as 'Torre Mozza' (the Cut Tower) due to the collapse of its upper part, this structure has become both a symbol and identity for the brewery. The logo visually recalls the historical plan of the walls of the Rovigo castle, represented by an inverted pentagon surrounded by two ears of grain and a hop flower—a clear reference to territorial roots and the agricultural essence of the product.
