Ebers Brewery, located in Contrada Spinelle, in the heart of Serracapriola (FG), is today an essential reference point for enthusiasts of Puglian and Italian craft beer. Founded in 2014 by Michele Solimando, agronomist and master brewer, together with brothers Ivan and Gigi Nardella, the company stands out for an authentic approach respectful of local roots, combined with a deep passion for international brewing traditions.

Barley and ancient grains, grown at the foot of the Gargano, form the fundamental base for high-quality beers. Among the breweryâs most famous creations stands out the Hopsfall, a Black IPA that has won over palates and critics alike, earning the gold medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge in both 2015 and 2016, and securing a prestigious podium spot during the 'Beer of the Year' event in 2017.
