Ebers Brewery, located in Contrada Spinelle, in the heart of Serracapriola (FG), is today an essential reference point for enthusiasts of Puglian and Italian craft beer. Founded in 2014 by Michele Solimando, agronomist and master brewer, together with brothers Ivan and Gigi Nardella, the company stands out for an authentic approach respectful of local roots, combined with a deep passion for international brewing traditions.
The philosophy that drives Ebers Brewery revolves around the enhancement of the territory, a key element reflected in the carefully selected raw materials and the closely monitored production process. Barley and ancient grains, grown at the foot of the Gargano, form the fundamental base for high-quality beers. These are complemented by aromas and fruits typical of the region, which give the beers unique scents and flavors, capable of telling the story and culture of Puglia with every sip.

Among the brewery’s most famous creations stands out the Hopsfall, a Black IPA that has won over palates and critics alike, earning the gold medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge in both 2015 and 2016, and securing a prestigious podium spot during the 'Beer of the Year' event in 2017. This international acclaim underlines the production excellence and the quality of the recipes developed in Ebers’ laboratory.
Alongside Hopsfall, other beers highlight the brewery’s versatility and originality:
- Allegra: a Belgian Golden Strong Ale with a decisive and refined character.

The production process is supported by a modern 12-hectoliter brewhouse and a fermentation capacity of 100 hectoliters, always ensuring a rigorous and refined craftsmanship.
