Founded in 2020 by Luca Creatini and Stefano Hunyady, Rasinia was born from the meeting of two deep passions: the production of craft beer and the love for the Maremma territory. Luca, with more than thirty years of experience in the brewing world, and Stefano, a photographer and lover of music and nature, wanted to create an authentic project capable of highlighting the richness and local traditions.
Rasiniaâs philosophy is based on a simple but powerful principle: the exclusive use of local ingredients, starting from barley grown in the fields of the Padule di Bolgheri Wildlife Refuge.
