In the picturesque setting of the Tuscan Maremma, in Castelnuovo della Misericordia, stands Rasinia, the first and only agricultural brewery in the province of Livorno. Founded in 2020 by Luca Creatini and Stefano Hunyady, Rasinia was born from the meeting of two deep passions: the production of craft beer and the love for the Maremma territory. Luca, with more than thirty years of experience in the brewing world, and Stefano, a photographer and lover of music and nature, wanted to create an authentic project capable of highlighting the richness and local traditions.
Rasinia’s philosophy is based on a simple but powerful principle: the exclusive use of local ingredients, starting from barley grown in the fields of the Padule di Bolgheri Wildlife Refuge. Thanks to this choice, every beer tells the story of this land, intertwining flavors, aromas, and names that directly evoke the Maremma. The goal is to offer unique products, based on excellent raw materials and original recipes, the result of a strong bond with the territory and a constant work of experimentation.

- Biskerella: a blanche that embodies the lightness and freshness typical of Livorno’s tradition, perfect for those who desire a refreshing and delicate experience.
- Hill 14.0: a White IPA influenced by Japanese notes, combining hop aromas with a subtle presence of wheat, for a harmonious and elegant sip.

- Cudera: the original Italian Grape Ale (IGA), made with grape must from Castagneto Carducci, a land famous for its Super Tuscans.
