Located at Via Guicciardini 6/B, this brewery represents a true excellence in the Italian microbrewery scene, with a strong agricultural vocation and a deep connection to the surrounding territory.
Valderon stands out for an integrated production approach that focuses on quality and sustainability. Every stage of production is designed to enhance local raw materials: the flour used for the beers comes directly from the Valderon Farm, thus ensuring a zero-kilometer production cycle. This method allows the creation of beers with a unique character, telling stories of passion, tradition, and territory.

Valderon's offering is varied and able to satisfy the most demanding enthusiasts, thanks to beers that highlight the quality of the raw materials and the creativity of the brewmaster. Among the references are:
