Founded in 2023, MalaCapo’s story has roots in a shared dream: to turn their first homebrews into a successful reality. After years of experimentation, in 2019 Alessandro and Nicola invested in their first 100-liter all-grain system, gas-powered and equipped with two fermenters, initiating a more professional production without ever losing the artisanal attention that distinguishes them.
MalaCapo Beers: Tradition and Innovation in a Bottle
The MalaCapo beer line is characterized by the perfect balance between flavor and naturalness. Among the most appreciated creations are:
