The brewery stands out for the philosophy of the short supply chain, a method that ensures full control over every production phase: from the cultivation of barley on its own lands, to the careful selection of raw materials, up to the processing, packaging, and distribution. Production and Authentic Beers of Mastri Birrai Umbri
Mastri Birrai Umbriâs beers are all unfiltered and unpasteurized, produced using the traditional method of top fermentation and bottle refermentation. This process ensures aromatic complexity and freshness, enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients.
Among their main creations stands the 'Cotta' line, which includes various types:
- Cotta 21: special blonde beer, soft and fresh, perfect for those who love delicate aromas.
- Cotta 37: artisanal red beer, characterized by an intense and enveloping taste.
