La Tresca Brewery, located in the picturesque village of Suno, in the mid-Novara area, is one of the highlights of the Italian craft beer scene. Founded in 2013 from the enthusiasm of Maurizio Frattini, a passionate homebrewer, and Gianni Grossini, the brewery has successfully combined passion, tradition, and innovation to create beers with a unique and recognizable identity.
The arrival in 2019 of Alex Anchisi, a young brewer with solid experience in the sector, brought a breath of fresh air to the production process, enriching the beer range and strengthening the commitment to quality and authenticity. Under Anchisi’s supervision, La Tresca expanded its offerings without ever losing sight of the original philosophy, based on artisanal care and the use of excellent raw materials.
A Rich and Distinctive Range of Beers
La Tresca Brewery produces both bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers, drawing inspiration from the most renowned brewing traditions of Belgium, Germany, and the United States. The use of carefully selected local ingredients and the skillful use of wood during some production stages give its beers an authentic and unmistakable character.
A key element is the water, drawn from a private well located 90 meters deep, chosen for its purity which directly influences the final quality of the product.
