Horo Craft Brewery: Excellence and Tradition in the Heart of Sardinia

The Horo Craft Brewery, located in Sedilo, in the province of Oristano, has stood out since 2008 for the production of high-quality craft beer. Founded by Sergio Ciulu, the brewery was born from the desire to spread the culture of craft beer in Sardinia, focusing on recipes inspired by German and Central European brewing traditions, known for their elegance and complexity.

The company is located at Via Santa Croce 10 and is a place where passion and knowledge come together to create bottom-fermented beers with unique and authentic flavor profiles. Here it is possible to savor some of the most appreciated brews, such as:

  • Pils in the Bohemian Pilsner style, fresh and fragrant
  • Monaco, inspired by Munich Dunkel, with a soft and malty character
  • Tambula, a rich and lingering Traditional Bock
  • Weizen Bavarian, with a slightly fruity and spicy taste
  • Bock Nera, a dark version of the traditional Bock
  • Schwarzer, an intense and velvety Schwarzbier

Each beer is created using strict selected ingredients and traditional production methods, resulting in a tasting experience that best expresses quality and respect for classic techniques.

A Welcoming Environment to Experience Craft Beer

Horo Brewery is not only about production but also a meeting point for enthusiasts. The area dedicated to pouring allows you to enjoy beer directly on tap in a warm and informal atmosphere. Since December 2008, it has also been possible to purchase bottles to take home and continue enjoying the craft creations outside the premises.

The environment is enriched by:

  • Outdoor tables, perfect for sunny days
  • A fireplace that makes the atmosphere intimate and welcoming during the colder months
  • Live shows that enliven the evenings, creating a complete and engaging experience

The brewery is open Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, while on Saturdays the hours are from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. It is closed on Sundays, maintaining a rhythm that prioritizes quality and attention to every detail.
