The Carrobiolo Brewpub, located at Piazza Indipendenza 1 in Monza, is a true icon for enthusiasts of craft beer and quality cuisine. Founded in 2008 under the name 'Piccolo Opificio Brassicolo del Carrobiolo FERMENTUM,' the brewery took its first steps within the atmospheric convent of the Barnabite monks, where it began producing unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, an authentic expression of the Italian brewing tradition.

In 2014, Carrobiolo entered a new era by moving to a former workshop in Piazza Indipendenza, transforming into a brewpub that combines artisanal production with high-level dining.
