La Martina Farm Brewery: the artisanal excellence of the Camonica Valley

Located in Capo di Ponte, in the heart of the province of Brescia, La Martina Farm Brewery is an extraordinary example of how passion, tradition, and respect for the land can bring to life craft beers of the highest quality. Founded in 2015, the brewery is situated at the foot of the majestic Concarena, a natural setting that not only offers breathtaking landscapes but also provides a fundamental resource for production: pure mountain water, an essential element for brewing excellence.

The philosophy behind La Martina is based on enhancing local raw materials. Most of the barley used comes directly from the farmland owned by one of the partners, thus ensuring a transparent and sustainable Italian agricultural supply chain. The beers produced are unfiltered and unpasteurized, characteristics that preserve all the original aromas and authentic flavors of the Camonica Valley territory.

The signature beers of La Martina

The brewery offers a selection of products, each with well-defined characteristics and personalities, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates:

  • La Martina: a Hell-style beer with an alcohol content of 5.2% Vol. Pale golden in color with crystal-clear clarity, it stands out for a delicate, floral, and sweet taste thanks to malty notes. The fine and persistent foam enhances the aromas and flavors, making it perfect to accompany light dishes such as first courses, white meats, or raw and cooked vegetables.

  • La Bambola: a Bock beer with a robust character and an alcohol content of 7%. It features a full and harmonious taste, balanced between malt sweetness and a slightly bitter finish, making it ideal for rich and traditional dishes such as risottos, pasta, as well as meats and fish.

  • La Monella: an American Pale Ale with a bright golden color and well-defined foam. On the nose, notes of sweet bread, juicy fruit (peach, pineapple), and precious flowers (jasmine, magnolia) emerge. On the palate, it is fresh, agile, and rounded, with a light body and lively carbonation, characterized by a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness.

The experience at La Martina Brewery goes beyond production. The venue is welcoming and informal, ideal for on-site tastings, with takeaway service and home delivery. The facility is accessible to all, with reserved parking and adequate spaces for people with disabilities.

For those who love to combine culture, nature, and taste, tours with tastings are organized, often paired with e-bike excursions along the middle Camonica Valley. This allows visitors to discover historic villages, vineyards, and unique landscapes, concluding with a visit to the brewery and a tasting of its creations.

With an annual production of about 1,000 hectoliters and a 5-hectoliter brewhouse, La Martina Farm Brewery represents a dynamic reality, capable of combining agricultural tradition and innovation in the Italian craft beer scene, always with an attentive eye to the resources and roots of its own territory.
