Accussì Craft Brewery: Passion Born in the Heart of the Nebrodi

Nestled in the unspoiled greenery of the Nebrodi Park, in Cesarò, a small and picturesque town in the province of Messina, lies the Accussì Craft Brewery. Founded in 2020 from the determined will of Nino Lo Paro, a young brewing technician with strong family ties, the brewery represents a perfect blend of tradition and innovation in the world of Sicilian craft beer.

The idea of Accussì takes shape from the love of homebrewing, or homemade beer production, passed down and cultivated together with father Luigi and brother Salvo. This strong family bond led to the creation of an authentic brand, whose name, which in Sicilian dialect means precisely “like this”, reflects the philosophy of simplicity, genuineness, and quality that distinguishes each and every production.

Quality and Tradition in Every Sip

The main characteristic of the brewery is the exclusive use of natural ingredients of the highest quality, rigorously selected and sourced from the Sicilian territory. Barley malt, hops, and pure water from local springs are the key elements that give life to craft beers with a unique character. Following a process that excludes filtration and pasteurization, Accussì offers products free from preservatives and additives, with all organoleptic properties intact.

Currently, the brewery offers two beers of great personality:

Blonde Ale Accussì
A top-fermented blonde beer, with fresh and complex aromas thanks to the use of noble hops that provide floral and fruity notes. The taste is balanced and pleasant, ideal to accompany appetizers, pizza, and fish main courses.
Strong Ale Luí
Dedicated to Luigi, the founding father, this amber beer is characterized by the use of ancient Maiorca wheat and Sulla honey produced by Sicilian bees. The result is an enveloping aroma with hints of caramel and citrus, perfectly paired with grilled red meats, flavorful first courses, cured meats, and aged cheeses.
