Stradaregina Brewery: Craftsmanship Excellence in Vigevano
Founded in 2011 from the shared passion of Alessio Sabatini and Andrea Branchini, Stradaregina Brewery has established itself as a leading figure in the Italian microbrewery scene. Located in the heart of Vigevano, in the province of Pavia, this brewery is synonymous with quality and innovation, the result of a careful selection of raw materials and meticulous attention at every stage of production.
Stradaregina’s beers are exclusively top-fermented, naturally refermented both in bottle and in keg, giving them an organoleptic complexity rarely found elsewhere. A distinctive feature of the brewery is the use of oak barrels for aging some beers, a process that enriches the product with intense aromas and a marked personality, recalling tradition without giving up innovation.
A Rich and Varied Range of Craft Beers
Production is divided into two main lines:
- Le Lambic-style, beers inspired by Belgian tradition, characterized by spontaneous fermentations and complex aromatic profiles.
- Our Beers, a selection of beers that reflect the search for character and originality, the result of a mix between classic styles and modern experimentation.
Among the creations that best tell the brewery’s philosophy stand out:
- Summerale: a Fashion IPA with 4.5% alcohol and 45 IBU, encapsulating all the freshness and lightness of summer.
- AUSGANG: an unconventional beer with 4.8% alcohol and 20 IBU, presenting a decidedly unique and original aromatic profile.
- 100 IBU: the quintessential Double IPA, with 7.8% alcohol and 80 IBU, iconic for those who love intense and bold bitterness.
- The right hop in the right place: an American IPA with 6.2% alcohol and 60 IBU, recognized for its clean taste and precision of character.
- Honeyed sweetness and strong soul: a Belgian-style Tripel with 8.2% alcohol and 30 IBU, capable of telling an intense story made of balance and depth typical of the abbey style.
Stradaregina Brewery is not only a promise of quality but a reality confirmed by important recognitions, including its inclusion in Slow Food's Le eccellenze guide, which selects companies with above-average production in terms of quality and genuineness.
Located at Via Manara Negrone 32/Q in Vigevano, the brewery is a reference point for enthusiasts and connoisseurs seeking authentic craft beers, capable of telling stories of passion, research, and a desire to experiment without ever losing the connection with tradition. Every sip is a journey through flavors, a meeting of refined technique and Italian creativity.
