Beerbante: Art and Passion in Craft Brewing in Colorno
Beerbante is a renowned craft brewery located in Colorno, in the beautiful province of Parma. Founded in 2009 by Paolo Pezziga, this brewery was born from a story of passion and dedication with deep roots dating back to 1999, when Paolo began experimenting with homebrewing in his cellar. This initial experience was the springboard for a career that saw Paolo fully committed to training, attending courses both in Italy and abroad, and visiting numerous breweries to refine his skills and develop an increasingly professional approach to brewing.
In 2008, the choice of location fell on an old facility in Colorno, where all the necessary work was carried out to start production activities. The following year, state-of-the-art machinery was installed, including a 10-hectoliter three-vessel brewing system and a cellar with tanks holding a total capacity of about 100 hectoliters. This allowed Beerbante to produce high-quality beers, combining traditional methods with modern techniques.

Paolo Pezziga strongly believes that beer is a synonym of celebration, conviviality, and togetherness. For this reason, he also created several food trucks that travel around the Italian regions, bringing not only his beers but also gastronomic specialties such as arrosticini, burgers, various types of meats, and finger food. With this formula, Beerbante plays a leading role in the Italian craft beer scene, combining quality, tradition, and innovation.
