Founded by Enrico 'Babe' Bartoli and Roberto 'Cigolo' Ferrari, the brewery is inspired by the Dada art movement, famous for breaking conventions and searching for authentic and original forms of expression. Enricoâs passion for beer started at a very young age, when he experimented with home brewing. Roberto, on the other hand, with a background in economics, immediately nurtured a strong interest in the brewing world, eager to explore new flavor profiles and aromas. Together, they created a project capable of combining technique, creativity, and heart, giving rise to beers that tell a story and evoke emotions.
