The Lungo Sorso Brewery, located at Via Torino 17 in Mathi, in the heart of Piedmont, is a craft microbrewery that since 2008 has been passionately dedicated to producing high-quality top-fermentation beers. Founded by Sergio Taricone, a true enthusiast and former homebrewer, the brewery has managed to grow and establish itself until relocating to its current premises in 2014, significantly expanding its production capacity and the variety of beers offered.
