In the heart of Lodi, at Via Genova 2, lies The Brave, a craft brewery founded in 2016 with the ambition to offer top-fermentation beers that combine tradition and innovation. Established by a group of passionate brewers, the project immediately stood out for its attention to quality and research, also resulting from a training path at the CERB, the Center of Excellence for Beer Research at the University of Perugia.
The mission of The Brave is clear: to offer the Lodi and Italian scene unique beers, characterized by a wide variety of styles and intense flavors, able to satisfy even the most demanding palates. From the first months, the brewery managed to win important awards and recognitions, such as the prestigious second place at 'Beer Attraction' in Rimini with Dottor Balanzone, a Strong Dark Belgian Ale with a full body and notes of caramel and ripe red fruit, telling stories of European tradition reinterpreted with Italian passion.

The range offered by The Brave is as varied as it is fascinating, with labels paying homage to the Commedia dell’Arte, thus renewing the connection between Italian culture and modern brewing. Among the most appreciated offerings are:
