In the heart of Calvisano, a charming village in the province of Brescia, Carpe Diem Craft Brewery was established in 2015, born from the passion and determination of Michela and Gianni. Equipped with a brewhouse with a capacity of 6 hectoliters per mash cycle, Carpe Diem guarantees an annual production of about 400 hectoliters. The cellar, with a capacity of 36 hectoliters, allows for optimal beer storage, ensuring proper maturation and maximum aromatic expression.
