Carpe Diem Craft Brewery: the Excellence of Calvisano

In the heart of Calvisano, a charming village in the province of Brescia, Carpe Diem Craft Brewery was established in 2015, born from the passion and determination of Michela and Gianni. This microbrewery has managed to establish itself in the Italian craft beer scene thanks to careful and quality production that combines tradition and innovation in every sip.

Equipped with a brewhouse with a capacity of 6 hectoliters per mash cycle, Carpe Diem guarantees an annual production of about 400 hectoliters. The cellar, with a capacity of 36 hectoliters, allows for optimal beer storage, ensuring proper maturation and maximum aromatic expression.

A Range of Craft Beers Inspired by Europe

Carpe Diem’s catalog is a true journey through the main European brewing traditions: British, Belgian, German, and French. Each beer is a special edition that blends tradition and creativity, designed to surprise even the most demanding palates. Among the most appreciated offerings are:

  • 64DC: a smoked dark beer with a bold and enveloping character.
  • Alemonia: a strong golden ale with a rich and intense taste, perfect for those who love full-bodied beers.
  • Apache: American Pale Ale that skillfully balances tradition and innovation.
  • Aradia: a weiss beer recalling the roots of the German brewing tradition, fresh and aromatically complex.
  • Avus: red beer with an intense and full flavor, ideal for authentic tasting moments.
  • Egeria: a light and refreshing blonde, perfect to drink on any occasion.
  • Mithra: a delicate blanche offering a unique tasting experience thanks to a perfect balance between freshness and aromaticity.

Visit and Purchases

The brewery is open to the public at set times, offering the opportunity to purchase directly on site:

  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
