CeReale Beer Laboratory: The Art of Craft Beer in the Heart of the Marche
The CeReale Beer Laboratory, located in Monte Giberto in the province of Fermo, is one of the most authentic and representative microbreweries in the Italian beer scene. Founded in 2007, this agricultural brewery stands out for its genuine and rigorous approach to beer production, indissolubly linked to the Marche territory and its raw materials.
Behind the brewery is the farm “Alvaro Moretti,” which manages about 600 hectares of land mainly cultivated with cereals and legumes. This allows the Laboratory to control the entire production chain, from sowing to processing, ensuring a high-quality product and a direct connection with the soil from which the ingredients come.
The Laboratory’s Philosophy: Tradition, Territory, and Quality
The secret to CeReale’s success lies in the combination of traditional methods and respect for the environment. The beer is produced exclusively with local ingredients, carefully selected to enhance the unique characteristics of the Marche region. Every stage of production is closely monitored, from barley malt to hops, to maintain a high quality standard and a distinctive aromatic profile.
The focus on quality translates into craft beers with an authentic character, loved by those who seek unique and genuine flavors. The recipes are inspired by traditional top-fermentation techniques, a skill that gives life to beers with a harmonious and decisive taste.
CeReale’s Beers: A Sensory Journey through the Marche
Among the productions stand out three types of beer, each with its own well-defined personality:
- Pils: a clean and fresh beer, characterized by a perfect balance between malt sweetness and delicate hop bitterness.
- Weiss: a wheat beer with a fruity and spicy aromatic profile, slightly hazy, ideal for those who enjoy soft and enveloping flavors.
- Bitter: with a more pronounced character, this beer combines bitter notes with a complex flavor texture, perfect for enthusiasts of more structured beers.
Each of these beers tells the story of a territory rich in agricultural and artisanal traditions, enhancing local raw materials with care and passion.
The CeReale Beer Laboratory is open for visits from Monday to Friday, offering enthusiasts and the curious the opportunity to discover the production process up close and to taste authentic beers that embody the spirit of the Marche. A place where taste becomes an expression of culture, nature, and artisanal mastery.
