Here, thanks to an in-depth study of beer styles and curiosity about different production techniques, Cecilia and Matteo chose to turn their interest in homebrewing into a concrete and ambitious professional project.
The name MC77 is a tribute to the state road 77 that connects Rome to Serrapetrona, symbolizing the personal and entrepreneurial journey of the couple, as well as the bond between different territories united by the same passion for quality and craftsmanship.
