Due Frati Brewery: Craft Excellence in the Heart of Verona
The Due Frati Brewery, located in Erbè, in the province of Verona, was born from the shared passion of Elettra Dall'Oca and Sebastiano Boraso. This couple transformed their love for craft beer into a tangible reality, creating a truly unique project. The breweryâs story is inspired by the first brewing experiments carried out in collaboration with two friars from the Franciscan Brotherhood of Bethany, from which the name âDue Fratiâ (Two Friars) also derives.
The adventure, which began in 2015, materialized in 2018 with the production of the first batch. Choosing to settle within the family farm, Elettra and Sebastiano were able to enhance the territory by directly cultivating barley and creating a small hop garden. This deep connection with the land guarantees zero-kilometer raw materials and gives the beers a distinctive, authentic character strongly rooted in local traditions.
