Oltremondo Farm Brewery: the beer born from the land
Oltremondo Farm Brewery is a unique presence in the Italian craft brewery scene, located in San Liberio, a hamlet of Colli al Metauro, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. Founded in 2014 by Filippo, Matteo, and Riccardo, the company combines a passion for regenerative agriculture with the art of craft brewing, promoting a sustainable and zero-kilometer supply chain model.
The story of Oltremondo has deep roots: it all began in 2011 when the founders started cultivating organic two-row barley on a small piece of land. After years of experimentation and dedication, that small cultivation grew into a 53-hectare farm, officially launching beer production in 2014. Today, Oltremondo beers are known for their authentic character and strong connection to the territory.
A philosophy of quality and sustainability
One of the fundamental elements that distinguishes Oltremondo is the obsessive attention to the quality of raw materials and respect for the environment. The company directly cultivates organic two-row barley, a crucial element to guarantee an excellent and traceable raw material. Since 2017, the brewery has collaborated with the Department of Agricultural Sciences at the University of Tuscia, aimed at cultivating hops, an essential ingredient in beer production.
In 2018, the company’s first hop garden was established, where today several prized varieties are grown, such as:

- Hoppela, an Italian Pale Ale made exclusively with Italian hops, fully expressing the aromatic richness of the territory
- Mamana, a Light Ale inspired by traditional Scottish Light Ales but enriched with Japanese hops for an international touch
Each beer is presented with an artistic label, created in collaboration with artists and youth from the 'Lapsus' association in Senigallia, adding further cultural and social soul to the product.
