Corti Veneziane: an artisanal excellence in the heart of Dolo
Located in Dolo, in the province of Venice, the brewery Corti Veneziane is a point of reference for lovers of quality craft beer. Founded in 2011 as a beer firm, the brewery consolidated its identity in 2015 with the purchase of its own production facility, establishing itself in the local brewing scene thanks to careful and authentic production.
Led by three passionate partners — Patrizio Salmaso, Stefano Bari, and Luigi Prevedello — Corti Veneziane masterfully interprets the brewing traditions of Belgium, Germany, and the United States. Their philosophy is based on the careful selection of raw materials and on production processes that combine classic methods with a creative approach, giving life to beers with a unique character and well-defined flavor.

On the occasion of the 1600th anniversary of the founding of Venice, Corti Veneziane created a commemorative beer called 1600 Venice History. This special product tells, through its aromas and flavors, the rich history of the lagoon city, enhanced by the use of local malts and organic honey from the island of Sant’Erasmo. The result is an aromatic and fruity beer, light yet balanced in the contrast between hop and malt.
The obsessive attention to the quality of ingredients, combined with traditional craftsmanship, gives each Corti Veneziane beer a marked and sincere identity, capable of conveying all the passion of its producers and the value of the Venetian territory. Each bottle thus becomes not only a sensory experience but a true tribute to Italian craftsmanship.
