Diciottozerouno Craft Brewery: Passion and Tradition in Oleggio Castello
The Diciottozerouno Craft Brewery was founded in 2014 in Oleggio Castello, in the province of Novara, thanks to the insight and dedication of Davide Sica and Marco Bonfà. The brewery’s name refers to a particular moment in the working day, namely 18:21 (6:21 PM), the time when employees clock out of work, symbolizing the transition from a mandatory activity to a free and fulfilling choice born from a passion for craft beer.
Located inside a renovated ancient farmhouse, a few kilometers from the picturesque Lago Maggiore, Diciottozerouno combines the beauty of the Piedmontese territory with an ideal environment for producing high-quality beer. The facility, respecting European brewing traditions, allows careful management of all production phases, from fermentation to bottling, ensuring high standards and a production capacity of about 850 hectoliters per year.
