The brewery's story originates from Francescoâs passion, who discovered the art of brewing at a young age thanks to a gift kit he received on his eighteenth birthday. After years of home experiments and refinements, he decided to turn this passion into a business venture. Since then, Birrificio Ciociaro has grown, implementing a 6.5-hectoliter direct-fired system, capable of an annual production of about 200 hectoliters, thus combining artisanal care with high production standards.
