In the heart of the picturesque Carnic Alps, at Frazione Cedarchis 10, Arta Terme (UD), lies Dimont Brewery, a true gem of mountain craft beer. Founded in 2019, Dimont quickly distinguished itself with its unique production: gluten-free craft beers, designed to offer an authentic and high-quality experience to everyone, including those following a gluten-free diet.
The originality of the brewery stems from the desire to combine tradition and innovation. Through the use of carefully selected ingredients and production techniques that respect the purity of the product, Dimont employs a special process: after boiling, a specific ferment and enzyme are added that completely eliminate the gluten present in the malt, without altering the taste and aroma of the beers in the slightest. This particular attention allowed the brewery to obtain the GLUTEN FREE certification in January 2024, becoming the only one in Italy to produce exclusively gluten-free craft beers.

Dimont Brewery offers a selected range of craft beers, each characterized by a unique and robust identity, kept alive by the fact that all productions are unfiltered and unpasteurized.
