Among the most emblematic creations are the Marsala Barrel-Aged Wild Ale, an old ale matured in barrels that previously held Marsala and Whisky, capable of blending intense and complex aromas; and the Materia Oscura, an 11.5% ABV Imperial Stout spiced with tonka beans and Ethiopian coffee, aged for nine months in former Vin Santo barrels.
