The Ca' Verzini project was born from the shared passion of two brothers, Filippo and Alessio, who transformed a decade of home experimentation into a professional and well-established business. Their mission is to offer high-quality craft beers, born from careful selection and direct cultivation of raw materials, managing every step of the production process with great dedication.
Craft beers and home-grown raw materials
One of the brewery's distinctive features is precisely the internal cultivation of essential ingredients:
- Barley is grown in the flattest fields of the estate, ensuring always fresh and controlled raw materials.
- Hops, a fundamental ingredient for beer, grow on the hilly heights close to the Little Dolomites, where the climate favors aroma and quality.
This choice allows Ca' Verzini to have complete control from the field to the bottle, ensuring authenticity and uniqueness for every beer produced.
Among the brewery's most appreciated offerings are:
- Golden Ale: an unfiltered pale beer, with a malty taste featuring slight spicy notes and medium hoppiness. Perfect for aperitifs or pairings with cold cuts and cheeses.
- Dark Strong Ale: a double malt beer with an alcohol content of 10.5% vol., with toasted, caramelized, and spicy aromas and notes of fruit preserved in spirit, for an intense and complex tasting experience.
