Le Springo is a craft microbrewery founded in 2016 in Quartu Sant'Elena, in the province of Cagliari, thanks to the ingenuity and passion of Gabriele Springo, a mechanical engineer who decided to turn his passion for beer into reality. The brewery's name is an original play on words that recalls the founderâs surname, emphasizing a personal connection and an innovative approach to beer production.
Located at Via Zandonai, 21, Le Springo relies on a production system with a capacity of 5 hectoliters per batch. The facility allows an annual production of about 500 hectoliters, with a 5-hectoliter brewhouse and a cellar where up to 40 hectoliters of beer can be stored. This limited size enables the brewery to maintain strict quality control, while also allowing continuous experimentation with recipes.
